As Managing Clinical Director, you’ll oversee daily clinic operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive initiatives that ensure top-tier client care and clinic success. You’ll work closely with corporate leadership and serve as the face of the clinic within the community.

What You'll Do

Provide Direct Client Care: Maintain exceptional care standards, monitor outcomes, and ensure clinical compliance.
Lead & Inspire: Mentor psychologists, therapists, and support staff, cultivating a supportive and inclusive team culture.
Drive Clinic Success: Develop local strategies that align with company goals and optimize performance.
Collaborate with Leadership: Act as a key link between your clinic and corporate leadership.
Engage the Community: Foster strong relationships with local partners and represent the clinic at events.

What We're Looking For

Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of Texas
Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to read, write, and speak
Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
