We are currently searching for a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist for our Residential Habilitation Program.

Employees working 32 hours or more per week enjoy competitive full-time benefits such as holiday pay, overtime pay, paid time off, personal leaves, health care, and retirement plans. Requirements for Quality Assurance Specialist:

Possess a bachelor's or master's degree in the social services field.
Has at least 1 year of experience in the social services field and supervisory experience.
Ability to pass upon hire a criminal background check.
Valid Driver's License.
Proof of Car Insurance and good driving history.
Ability to obtain upon hire and maintain First Aid / CPR certification.
Ability to obtain upon hire and maintain Assistance with Medications Certification.
Ability to obtain upon hire and maintain negative Tuberculosis Skin Test Results.
Reliable.

Detail Oriented.

Responsibilities include:

Monitor Residential Habilitation houses weekly.
Write plans of correction for problem areas.
Assign persons responsible to make corrections.
Follow up with those corrections.
Monitor service areas including employee qualifications, training, participant records and programs, provider/participant satisfaction, and participant management information system.
Follow the state regulations governing DDA’s and Residential Habilitation.
Ensure that RH houses are following state regulations.
Ensure that Developmental Concepts, Inc. is providing a safe, least restrictive environment for participants.
Conduct a monthly QA meeting of summaries with professionals.
