Additional Skills: REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
- Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator.)
- 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on daily maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
- Practical experience in creating and managing Salesforce sandbox environments.
- Proficiency in promoting code modifications and updates between Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with external integrations, including AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and Azure AD.andidate
