Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Great Barrington, MA. This role involves providing specialized care for geriatric patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Position Details:

Location: Great Barrington, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $41 – $45 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders
Provide therapy in a skilled nursing facility setting, collaborating with nurses, OT/PT, and physicians
Supervise Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and support staff according to state guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Medicare regulations
Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy strategies and safe swallowing techniques

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
Active Massachusetts State SLP license
CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow eligibility (CFY)
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
Experience with geriatric populations or in skilled nursing settings preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and patient-care skills
