Licensed Nurse (RN / Lpn)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, passing medications, and implementing appropriate interventions to ensure optimal health outcomes. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine health status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Monitor patients’ conditions, including vital signs and response to treatments, while documenting findings accurately. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management, pain management, and occupational health concerns. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate effective communication among healthcare providers. Ensure compliance with established standards of practice. Experience Familiarity with electronic Medical Records a plus. Experience in a nursing home is helpful but not required. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate patients on their health conditions.
