LV Petroleum, a dynamic and growing energy travel center/truck stop company based in Las Vegas, is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in our real estate department . In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations by reviewing leases and contracts, organizing legal documents, and preparing files, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Must have a background in real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities: Review and summarize contracts and legal documents Organize and maintain legal files and records Prepare document packages for internal review Support attorneys with administrative legal tasks (no legal advice required) Requirements What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of paralegal experience (real estate experience required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication
