Vision Ford Lincoln is looking for a customer-first, detail-driven Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team! You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers—helping them understand their vehicle’s needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring every visit is smooth, efficient, and positive. 💬✨

Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and create confidence will directly contribute to the level of service our customers expect from the Vision brand. 🤝

🔑 What You’ll Do:

👋 Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and care
📝 Listen to concerns and document repair needs accurately
🧠 Translate technical information clearly and honestly
📞 Keep customers updated throughout their vehicle’s visit
🛠️ Collaborate with techs to ensure timely service
💡 Upsell maintenance plans, warranties & service specials
✅ Finalize repair orders and ensure full customer satisfaction
📲 Follow up after service to build long-term relationships

Requirements

📌 What You’ll Need:

🧍‍♂️ Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience (preferred)
💬 Strong communication + problem-solving skills
🚦 Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease
🔍 Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
💻 Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus)
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent (some college a bonus)
🚘 Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
