Are you passionate about helping students overcome academic challenges and excel in school? Club Z! Tutoring of Bethesda has a current opening for an exceptional educator to provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring in AP Computer Science Principles in the Bethesda, Maryland area. This is a virtual tutoring assignment. Why are the majority of our tutors active educators? We offer the flexibility, support, and compensation that teachers deserve! This is for private tutoring located in Bethesda, MD. Applicants must live in the Greater Bethesda, Kensington, Chevy Chase, or Silver Spring, MD areas.
What You'll Do:
- Provide individualized tutoring for a 9th-grade student in AP Computer Science Principles (MCPS).
- Help the student develop knowledge and expertise in the subject area.
- Support homework completion and test preparation.
- Build student confidence and academic independence.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and our office about student progress.

Ideal Candidate:
Required:- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years teaching or tutoring experience
- MCPS AP Computer Science course experience
- Strong communication skills with students and parents
- Reliable transportation (for in-home sessions)
- Background check clearance
- MCPS teaching experience
- Canvas and online portal experience
- Executive functioning coaching experience
