Spikes Auto Repair is a high-performing, team-oriented independent shop looking for an experienced A-Level or strong B-Level Automotive Technician.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair all makes and models (approximately 30% European vehicles)
- Perform general maintenance and repair work
- Complete digital vehicle inspections
- Work collaboratively with technicians and service advisors
- Follow structured shop systems and processes
Requirements
- A-Level or strong B-Level technician experience
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Team-first mindset (no ego or individual-only work style)
- Willingness to both diagnose and complete repairs
- Open to structured systems and accountability
Compensation
- Flat rate: $35–$60/hour
- High earning potential based on consistency and efficiency
- Strong production opportunity due to steady workflow
