Job Description

A-Level Diesel Technician (Light Duty) – Air Conditioned Shop

Jonesboro, AR

$55 - $60/HR Flat Rate (Based on Experience)

Monday–Friday | No Weekends

We’re a long-established, high-volume diesel and automotive shop in Jonesboro looking to add TWO A-Level Diesel Technicians to our team.

If you’re experienced with Cummins, Power Stroke, and Duramax, and want a shop where there’s plenty of work and no shortage of hours to turn, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair light-duty diesel vehicles (Cummins, Power Stroke, Duramax)
  • Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, and system troubleshooting)
  • Handle A/C, general repairs, and complex problem-solving
  • Work closely with a team that values efficiency, accuracy, and quality work

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Diesel Technician
  • Strong experience with light-duty diesel trucks
  • Advanced diagnostic ability (especially electrical)
  • Solid understanding of vehicle systems and theory
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient
  • Certifications are a plus—but real skill is what matters

Also open to top automotive technicians who are motivated to learn and grow into diesel

Compensation

  • $55–$60/HR Flat Rate (based on experience)
