Job Description
We are seeking a paralegal with experience primarily in personal injury and real estate. Job Overview:You will be supporting us by preparing documents like affidavits and legal correspondence, as well as organizing and maintaining files. You will be preparing real estate documents and contracts, reviewing purchase offers, and liaising with landlords and property managers.Requirements:
- Associate's degree in paralegal studies, or similar.
- Post-bachelor's degree paralegal certification with a real estate focus preferred.
- Strong organizational skills are required as there will be a good deal of administrative work associated with the position and the candidate will also act as a legal administrative assistant.
- Extensive knowledge of real estate documents, contracts, applications, and submissions.
- Superb time management and multitasking skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation will be dependent on experience.
