Job Description

We are growing! We are a customer and employee focused industry company. We are interviewing for an experienced CSR with 2 years of experience. Monday-Friday. Paid vacation and holidays. Full time (40 hrs weekly) $13.50 an hour plus weekly bonus opportunity. The position requires phone, sales and computer skills, scheduling, customer satisfaction resolution, and date entry.

You will have a variety of duties, such as, but not limited to:

Respond to a variety of customers via phone, email and other communication channels
Help build relationships with our customers and provide an experience beyond their expectations
Proven experience to listen effectively and communicate solutions to customers both orally and through written communication in a positive manner
Ability to multi-task while maintining integrity and quality of service to our customers
Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory
Assist with personnel management, including hiring and recruiting functions
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Minimum two years experience with one company
Bi-lingual Spanish and English
Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Must possess a passion to help customers and team members
Valid driver license
