We are looking for an experienced and passionate master teacher ready for the next level in your early childhood education/childcare career! Team Leads at Creative World School are members of our leadership team who coach and mentor our childcare/preschool teachers, work alongside the Director on appropriate staff scheduling, complete observations of classrooms and provide feedback, support our families and get excited about watching teachers grow!

Team Lead Requirements:

Bachelors/Associates degree (preferred)
3+ years of experience in a licensed childcare setting
Undergo required background checks and screenings
Meet the state licensing requirements for a teacher
Ability to routinely lift up to 40 pounds and sustain hours of active work such as bending, standing or walking.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
