Job Description

Responsibilities include and may be modified from time to time:

Maintain project schedule and keep it updated including three weeks look ahead.
Manage crews, including project engineers and foreman.
Coordinate with project manager on schedule and activities.
Schedule, manage, and track subcontractors progress on the project.
Schedule and coordinate deliveries to site.
Coordinate with proper agencies for compliance with project documents and specifications.
Responsible for quality control of entire project including subcontractors.
Ensure project safety protocols are being met.

You must possess the following skills to work in this position:

5 years minimum superintendent experience on construction projects.
Knowledge of construction, means and methods, scheduling, and coordination.
Comprehensive knowledge reading and understanding project drawings and specifications.
Proficient knowledge of MS Project.
Strong management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with project manager to identify cost savings.
