πΌ Your Role: Senior Engineer β Water Resources
As a Senior Engineer, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering innovative water solutions. You'll work across planning, design, permitting, and construction phases β all while helping shape the future of water resources in the region.
π What You'll Do
Responsibility
π Design & Review Lead complex project designs and ensure quality assurance in deliverables.
π Research Investigate and analyze challenging engineering topics.
π§ Guide & Advise Mentor and direct team members to meet project goals.
π Set Standards Help define best practices and guidelines for technical excellence.
π₯ Supervise Support and review work of junior and mid-level engineers.
βοΈ Expect occasional travel for site visits and client meetings.

Requirements
π You bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- PE (Professional Engineer) License
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- 4+ years of mentoring or team leadership
- Proficiency in stormwater, hydrology & hydraulics, modeling, master planning, or stream restoration
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
