You in the Production Specialist role are Critical to Our Success. What we need from you to drive our mutual success:

• Partner with the ownership team Execute the production process across our product offering in a way that supports our rapid growth, creates exceptional customer experiences, maximizes accuracy and efficiency, drives operational excellence and builds an exceptional culture for our team.

• Lead with passion and enable the store to achieve or exceed quarterly and annual objectives

• Live out Instant Imprints values with customers and team members.

• Coach and train the team and ensure they have the tools and information needed to exceed company goals and perform their work.

• Serve our customers and other Instant Imprint franchises as a consultative

• Lead independently, self-manage, and make smart decisions

• Effectively lead, support, recognize and promptly address issues with team members

• Create and manage a production schedule, leveraging our technology platform, that drives maximum efficiency

• Develop and maintain your own proficiency, and that of the team, in all equipment and machinery in the store.

• Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple leadership tasks within established time frames by effectively planning and managing workload, delegating work and supervising, monitoring and directing team members.

• Complete all other assigned tasks and responsibilities 

This Production Specialist role has the potential to evolve into a Store Leader position. The Store Leader will: 

• Execute sales strategy.
• Develop, implement, and maintain all store processes and procedures, while managing accounts receivables, inventory, reports, daily sales recaps, bank deposits and more.

Your Exceptional Qualifications for this Role

• 1+ years of related (ex. retail, print shop, graphic design, sign production or embroidery) experience

• 1+ years of vehicle wrap installation experience preferred

• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Familiarity with one or more of the following: Adobe Illustrator/InDesign/Photoshop, Corel Draw
