Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time role at a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Puyallup, WA. Position Details:

Location: Puyallup, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $45 – $50/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapy for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, OT, physicians, and nursing
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and safe swallowing practices
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and Medicare
Supervise CFYs and support staff in accordance with state and facility regulations

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Washington State SLP license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CF eligibility
Valid driver’s license or reliable personal transportation
Skilled nursing facility or geriatric experience preferred
Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills
