Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess paralegal certification/degree, experience working in civil litigation, and be a self-starter. This candidate should feel comfortable communicating between various groups and keeping all documents assigned organized and saved.
Responsibilities
- Review, propound and respond to discovery
- Document and maintain case files
- Facilitate the meeting of civil litigation deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely responses
- Conduct legal research
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
- Experience in civil litigation with a history of capturing billable time
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred
