Clinic Setting:
Outpatient orthopedic clinic offering manual therapy and functional rehab in a collaborative environment.

Pay Range:
$35.00–$40.00 per hour + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits
Pay is based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

Schedule: Flexible (30–40 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting

• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by supervising PT

• Work one-on-one with patients to assist in pain relief and mobility restoration

• Collaborate with PTs and clinic staff to ensure quality care

• Document patient progress in a modern EMR system

• Comply with all federal, state, and payer requirements

Services Provided:

• Outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy

• Pre- and post-operative care

• Spine and TMJ rehabilitation

• Vestibular rehab

• Upper and lower extremity rehab

• Work injury rehabilitation

• Gait and orthotic assessments

• Manual therapy techniques

• Functional training and strengthening programs

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program

• Active California Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)
