Job Description
DLP Staffing is currently accepting applications for the position of:
- Position Title: Custodian
- Location: Eagle Pass, TX
- FLSA: Non-Exempt
- Hire Pay: $12 an hr
- Classification: Part-Time
JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working individual to provide high-quality custodial work which includes cleaning and sanitizing designating areas (restrooms, break rooms and offices, etc.)JOB SUMMARY:
- Performs general, routine custodial duties, including dust mopping, and cleaning restrooms.
- Replenish all toiletries, soap, and paper products.
- Performs routine maintenance of custodial equipment and supplies.
- Empties trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Performs cleaning functions specific to the assigned facility requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:
- Receives supervision from Supervisor.
- Must complete jobs without constant supervision.
WORKING CONDITIONS:The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor environment.ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY:DLP Staffing has a Drug Free Workplace Policy that includes Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and/or Reasonable Suspicion Testing.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must pass a background check.
Other: Valid Drivers' License Class C.
