Job Description
Openwork is currently assisting a local client in their search to ll a Sewing Machine Operator job in Piedmont. As a Sewing Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating the sewing machine and keeping your machine stocked with thread to manufacture pet beds and pet products. This is a climate controlled facility and does NOT require steel toes. The company is a pet friendly environment. If you are an animal lover this is the perfect company for you!

Responsibilities for this Sewing Machine Operator job include:
- Read a ruler or tape measure to ensure the product is the correct size.
- Loading thread, bobbins, and other materials, and mounting attachments like needles and cutting blades.
- Checking for problems like thread breaks or defective stitching.
- Keep machines stocked with thread.
Qualications:
- Attention to detail.
- Machine Operation.
- Quality Control experience.
- Ability to read measuring tools.
Hours and Work Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Pay rate: $14.00+ depending on experience.
