About the Role
As a BCBA at AACT, you will:
- Lead clinical programming and ensure high-quality ABA services
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Partner with families to create meaningful, lasting progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client success
