What’s in it for you?

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clubhouse Monitor to join our team at Heather Hills, a 130-unit manufactured housing community located in Milton, WA. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the clubhouse, including sweeping, moping, vacuming, and cleaning bathrooms. This role also include stocking supplies, managing inventory, and providing a welcoming environment for residents. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum clubhouse floor 
• Clean and disinfect the clubhouse, kitchens, games rooms, and bathrooms, including sinks, toilets and mirror 
• Empty all trash bins and replace liners 
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, countertops, and other surfaces 
• Ensure that all clubhouse supplies are fully stocked 
• Monitor and organize storage areas for cleaning supplies and clubhouse inventory 
• Regularly inspect the clubhouse for cleanliness and maintenance needs 
• Report any maintenance issues (lighting, plumbing, or furniture) to management promptly 
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor 
• Must have a valid driver’s license
