RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and maintain ABA Therapy best practices.
- Work directly with children with ASD.
- Engage parents in therapy sessions.
- Bring a positive attitude and passion for working with children.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities with children.
- Complete RBT training to become certified.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Work Location: Provide In-Home services.
- Benefits: Health and dental insurance, 401K.
- Job Type: Part-time (with advancement opportunities).
- Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus a $900 milestone bonus.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (must have Saturday availability to make up time).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year working with children required.
- License/Certification: Driver’s License required.
