Job Description
Able Bodied OR Ordinary Seaman $2200 WEEKLYJoin SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!Key Requirements:
- Responsible for operating and maintaining a vessel, standing watch.
- Chipping, painting, cleaning, and repairing the hull, deck, and superstructure.
- Handling mooring lines, operating winches, cranes, and deck machinery. Managing cargo lifting gear, lashing, and securing cargo.
- Serving as a lookout, reporting hazards to superior officers, and participating in safety drills (firefighting, lifeboat drills).
- Must be able to lift or move heavy equipment (often up to 50 lbs).
- Capable of working in diverse weather conditions and standing for long periods.
- Monday-Sunday
- 12 hours shift, rotating shifts 0700-7PM or 7PM -0700
