Hi there! This is Jason from ProTouch Medical.We are in search of an Emergency Medicine Physician for rural Northeast Oregon, near the Idaho Border to start ASAP for a minimum of 6 shifts per month.The ideal Candidate will be ABEM or ABFM, enjoy rural medicine and have a minimum of 2 years experience in the ED. If a local Provider cannot be found, this client will accept Providers with their IMLC LOQ in-hand and the willingness to obtain OR licensure.Protouch covers malpractice w/ tail.Job Type: Locum/ContractShifts: 24 hour shiftsWork setting:OnsiteOutpatientSingle ED physician covers 24 hours shifts.Average patient volume is 21 per 24 hour shift.Vast majority of the patients are Level 3,4 or 5 (72%).Provider Support:Primary care coverage of inpatient care 24/7.Effective telestroke program well established.Single call to Medical Access Center for transfers/physician consultation.EMR: EPICCredentialing timeframe: 2-3 monthsRequirements:Board Certified
