Emergency Medicine Opening - Newton, KansasWichita 30mFull TimePermanent PositionFull-time Emergency Department Physician opportunity to provide emergent care to the community and surrounding areas of Newton, Kansas. This position is based in an 11-bed Emergency Department within a 99-bed hospital in South Central Kansas. The ED sees approximately 15,000 patients annually, offering a high-impact practice environment with strong support and resources.Position Overview:Provide high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages

Lead patient care efforts aligned with NMC Health quality initiatives

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive treatment and smooth transitions of care

Participate in quality improvement and process improvement initiatives within the Emergency DepartmentWork Schedule:Three 12-hour shifts per calendar week

Alternating weekends

ExperienceMinimum of one year of clinical experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits:Base salary per contract

Two- or three-year employment contract401(k) retirement plan with immediate vesting and employer matchCME allotment
