Primary Skills: Operations (Expert), Program Management (Advanced), Analytical (Advanced), Stakeholder Management (Advanced), Excel / Google Sheets (Expert) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months Location: Remote Pay Range: $48 - $50 per hour on W2Job Summary:As an Accessibility Supply Operations Manager at client site, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our platform's inclusivity by scaling operational programs that improve accessibility feature accuracy on listings. You will be instrumental in executing initiatives that bridge the gap for guests with disabilities, ensuring they find accommodations that match their needs. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on guest trust and inclusivity, requiring occasional travel and good timezone crossover with the UK-based manager.Key Responsibilities:
- Drive supply initiatives to enhance accessibility for events, increasing supply for guests with accessibility needs.
- Integrate accessibility content into supply workstreams and develop accessibility guidance for hosts.
- Collaborate with Media Operations to capture and scale accessibility features in professional photo shoots.
- Build targeted outreach and onboarding processes for new hosts from the disability community to increase accessible supply.
- Optimize the accessibility vetting funnel with host engagement tactics and AI to improve efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in Operations and Program Management practices.
- Advanced Analytical skills, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is a bonus.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Management and Communication abilities.
- Preferred experience in marketplace operations or a role with a focus on supply chain management.
