Overview
Elevate Reach is hiring an Account Coordinator to keep our client relationships running smoothly day to day. This is a full-time, fully remote position on our own team.
You handle client requests, track renewals, and make sure every promise we make gets kept. You work closely with our Account Managers and learn how strong client relationships turn into long-term business.
What You'll Do
- Respond to client requests by email, phone, and video
- Track renewal dates, service changes, and open items for each account
- Prepare account summaries and meeting notes
- Coordinate with internal teams to get client requests done on time
- Follow up after every client meeting with clear next steps
- Keep account records organized and current in our CRM
- Flag clients who may want more services to the Account Manager
