ABOUT
Newform is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~100m/yr in spend for tech and mobile brands. We help category disruptors (Betr, ElevenLabs, Binance etc) scale paid social with our short-form content-led approach. We have an in-house content team that creates thousands of human ads a month with the goal of driving efficient growth for our clients.
THE ROLE:
As an account director, you will play a key role in leading client relationships and their investment in our creative. You will be responsible for overseeing creative strategists across several accounts to drive efficient spend and scale accounts. You’ll be the strategic lead who translates business goals into a clear plan, aligns internal creative execution with client media goals, and communicates with clients in a way that builds trust and momentum. Although your role is primarily client-facing strategy and execution oversight, you can also dive into the weeds and use your deep paid social expertise to drive results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the day-to-day and long-term relationship with a portfolio of paid social accounts, retaining and growing the accounts under you
Lead client communication (regular meetings and QBRs)
Work with creative strategists to develop creative that scales clients' media investments while hitting KPIs
Proactively suggest optimizations to improve clients' media and creative programs
Deploy our proprietary technology into client accounts and drive adoption of our tools
REQUIREMENTS
3-8 years of paid media experience (agency experience highly preferred). Expertise in Meta required.
Experience managing media and/or creative on accounts with 7-figure annual media budgets.
Strong presentation skills: the ability to craft compelling decks and speak effectively in client meetings are a must
Strong analytical skills
(Preferred) A deep understanding of creative formats and how they translate into media success (UGC, podcast ads, street interviews, etc)

This is a full-time in-office position (NYC). Employees are expected to be in office 3-4 days/week.
