Job Description
Account Executive- Commercial Landscaping- Base Salary to 85k/year- Mechanicsburg, PA
- Our client is an established exterior services organization providing commercial landscaping, snow removal, and site maintenance services. With decades of industry experience, the organization combines professional service delivery with technology-enabled solutions to support commercial properties throughout changing seasonal conditions.
- The Account Executive will manage relationships with commercial clients while supporting account retention and revenue growth. This role is responsible for ongoing account management, client satisfaction, project coordination, invoicing, and identifying opportunities to expand landscaping, snow removal, and related exterior services within existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, managing ongoing relationships and understanding account requirements
- Conduct regular client check-ins, address service concerns, and support customer satisfaction and account retention
- Prepare, review, and verify client invoices for accuracy, billing schedules, and contribution margin requirements
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for landscaping, snow removal, site maintenance, and related exterior services
- Collaborate with sales teams on proposals, account plans, and opportunities to expand services and revenue within existing accounts
- Coordinate client projects with internal operations and service teams to support timely and on-budget delivery
- Track account performance, client requirements, service delivery, and revenue opportunities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Commercial sales or account management experience within landscaping, landscape maintenance, snow removal, snow and ice management, or related exterior property services
- Experience selling services to commercial or B2B clients
- Experience managing client accounts, customer relationships, and account retention
- Experience with revenue growth, upselling, cross-selling, or expanding services within existing accounts
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 65k- 85k/year range, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
