Job Description
- Serve as the main contact for clients, managing their personal or commercial insurance accounts.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.
- Educate clients on coverage options to ensure informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate, detailed client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal coverage.
- Monitor client accounts for timely renewals and payments.
- Build and sustain strong relationships to promote long-term client loyalty.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and best practices.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client service role within the insurance industry.
- Solid knowledge of personal or commercial lines insurance products (e.g., auto, home, renters, business).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in insurance software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-focused.
