Account Executive – Healthcare AI & Sleep Medicine TechnologySales Territory ~ Colorado + UtahAbout the Company We are transforming healthcare through artificial intelligence. Our flagship solution leverages advanced machine learning to automate the analysis of sleep studies, helping health systems, sleep centers, and physician practices improve efficiency, accelerate diagnosis, and enhance patient care. As we continue our national expansion, we are seeking highly motivated Account Executives to develop new business opportunities, grow strategic relationships, and drive adoption of our innovative healthcare technology solutions.

The Opportunity• This is not a territory maintenance role.• We are looking for hunters who thrive on building relationships, creating opportunities, generating pipeline, and winning new business.• Successful candidates will be comfortable engaging everyone from sleep technologists, respiratory therapists, and nurses to physicians, health system leaders, and C-suite executives.• You will be responsible for growing revenue within your assigned territory by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, managing the sales process, and consistently exceeding performance goals.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Build relationships with physicians, sleep centers, hospitals, health systems, and healthcare leaders
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Partner with our Sales Solutions Engineers and leadership team throughout the sales process
  • Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting within HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership to identify growth opportunities and market trends
  • Represent our company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events
  • Consistently achieve and exceed territory revenue objectives

QualificationsRequired

  • 2-8 years of successful healthcare sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience developing and managing a territory
  • Experience selling to healthcare providers, physician groups, hospitals, or health systems
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned territory

Preferred

  • Sleep medicine experience
  • Home Sleep Testing (HST) experience
  • Pulmonology or respiratory sales experience
  • Cardiology sales experience
  • Healthcare technology, SaaS, or software sales experience
  • Medical device sales experience
  • Enterprise health system sales experience
  • Experience working in a growth-stage or startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree
