This position will focus on identifying prospective clients, understanding their hiring and workforce needs, and connecting those needs with Fusion HCR’s recruiting and solutions capabilities. The Senior Account Executive will represent the firm’s expertise in technology staffing while building trusted relationships across industries including healthcare, manufacturing, government, telecommunications, construction, hospitality, and information technology services. Success in this role requires strong commercial judgment, effective communication, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable staffing opportunities. The position is remote and based in the Columbus, Ohio area.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with organizations seeking information technology staffing and solutions.
• Identify prospective clients and create new opportunities for Fusion HCR’s IT staffing services.
• Engage client stakeholders to understand hiring needs, project requirements, and workforce priorities.
• Present Fusion HCR’s technology staffing capabilities and value proposition to prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with recruiting and solutions teams to support the timely delivery of qualified technology professionals.
• Manage client communication throughout the staffing process and promote a high-quality service experience.
• Monitor client needs and identify opportunities to expand relationships across relevant service areas.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting, client activity, opportunities, and staffing requirements.
• Represent Fusion HCR professionally across Ohio’s business and technology community.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in account management, business development, staffing, recruiting, or professional services.
• Knowledge of information technology staffing or technology-related hiring needs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and develop new client relationships.
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal recruiting teams.
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-through in a remote work environment.
• Professional judgment and commitment to delivering responsive, high-quality client service.
