About the Role

We are hiring an Account Executive to support full-cycle sales, including prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposal coordination, and closing support. The right candidate knows how to start conversations, uncover business needs, communicate value clearly, and build momentum in the pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone with experience selling marketing, digital, advertising, creative, or agency services. You should be comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers, managing your own activity, and operating in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, networking, referrals, and other channels
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls with prospective clients
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate marketing solutions
  • Coordinate internally on scope, proposals, and sales support
  • Help move opportunities through the sales process to close
  • Maintain accurate notes, follow-up activity, and pipeline records in company systems
  • Represent iDelta in a professional, credible, and trustworthy manner

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
  • Experience selling marketing, digital, advertising, creative, or agency services
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to run discovery, follow up consistently, and manage multiple opportunities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
