- * Broker Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for broker MLOs, handling inquiries with extreme urgency.
- * High-Velocity Outreach: Maintain a consistent daily cadence of outbound calls within our CRM to re-engage interest and drive new submissions.
- * Strategic Collaboration: Provide direct feedback on broker needs and market sentiment to the Chief Strategy Officer to help shape our product roadmap.
- * Pipeline Development: Proactively strengthen relationships to ensure our platform is a broker's primary choice for funding.
- * Month 3: Ramped up to a consistent $2,000,000 in monthly funded volume.
- * Month 6: Hitting a steady state of $5,000,000 in monthly funded volume.
- * Team Goal: Contributing to a collective production of $12M–$15M per month.
- * Tier 1 (Ramping): ~$75,000 Total Annual Income
- * Tier 2 (Standard Producer): ~$105,000 Total Annual Income
- * Tier 3 (Top Producer): ~$155,000+ Total Annual Income
- * Experience: 1–2 years of mortgage sales experience (UWM, Rocket, or LoanDepot backgrounds are highly preferred).
- * Loan Knowledge: Familiarity with Non-QM loan types.
- * Phone Stamina: Ability to maintain high energy for 50+ daily outbound touches.
- * Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- * Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with the autonomy to manage your own pipeline.
- * Travel: Approximately twice a year for broker site visits and company-wide events.
- * Tech-Driven: Must be comfortable working independently within a modern, proprietary tech stack.
