Job DetailsSenior Account Executive (Healthcare SaaS)A fast-growing SaaS company serving the long-term and post-acute healthcare market is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expansion within a rapidly expanding sector of healthcare technology. This organization provides survey, training, and engagement platforms used by thousands of healthcare providers across North America, helping organizations improve workforce engagement, resident satisfaction, and operational performance. Backed by experienced leadership and private investment, the company is scaling rapidly and adding a Senior AE to lead complex enterprise sales cycles and expand strategic accounts.ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a defined territory and key accounts, consistently exceeding revenue targets.Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.Develop strategic relationships with C-suite and senior healthcare executives.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning SaaS solutions with healthcare provider challenges.Maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and consistent weekly activity.Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to overall sales team success.Qualifications3-7+ years quota-carrying SaaS sales experienceExperience selling into healthcare organizations or healthcare technologyProven success closing complex consultative dealsTrack record of exceeding revenue targetsExperience selling to senior leadership and executive stakeholdersFamiliarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, or DocuSignStrong presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsInterested in hearing more?
