Job DetailsResponsibilities:1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within targeted accounts.3. Understand customer needs and requirements, and present appropriate product solutions to meet those needs.4. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement a go-to-market strategy and align our sales efforts with marketing initiatives.6. Act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.7. Provide accurate sales forecasting, updates, and requested reports to senior management.8. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.9. Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads and stay abreast of market trends.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, direct sales, or a similar role in the Tech Services industry.3. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.4. Strong business sense and industry expertise, with a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem.5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.6. Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.7. Demonstrable experience in developing strategic customer relationships, understanding customer trends, and translating customer needs into solutions.8. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.10. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.11.
