Job Description
- Promote and present Judge’s healthcare staffing services to new and existing clients through calls, meetings, and virtual presentations
- Generate new business opportunities by cold calling, attending industry events/conferences, leveraging referrals, and strategic prospecting
- Build and grow relationships with key client hiring managers and decision-makers, both locally and nationally
- Maintain and expand existing client accounts through regular engagement, performance review meetings, and consistent delivery of value
- Conduct 10–15 client meetings (in-person and virtual) weekly to drive business development and uncover staffing needs
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects and active client engagements
- Secure qualified job requisitions from both new and existing clients, collaborating with the recruiting team to ensure fulfillment
- Work cross-functionally with internal delivery, compliance, and leadership teams to ensure an excellent client experience
- 2–3+ years of business development, account management, or recruiting experience in a staffing or service-based environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow client accounts
- Experience managing relationships with mid-market and national accounts, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and commission-oriented
- Bachelor's degree preferred
