Account Executive Light Industrial Staffing (Atlanta, GA) Our client is a privately held staffing firm in the Atlanta region seeking an Account Executive to drive new business development focused exclusively on light industrial staffing across Georgia. This is a pure sales / hunter roleideal for someone who thrives on high outbound activity, face-to-face client meetings, and closing new accounts.What youll do
- Prospect and win new light industrial staffing business across multiple GA markets (calls, visits, networking, referrals).*
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline from first conversation through proposal, close, and launch.*
- Lead discovery to understand workforce needs (volume, shifts, job types, pay/bill parameters, safety requirements).*
- Present solutions and pricing; negotiate terms and secure agreements.*
- Partner with recruiting/operations to ensure smooth kickoff and strong service delivery after the sale.*
- Track activity and outcomes (meetings, proposals, closes, GP) and consistently drive next steps.
- Proven success selling staffing services (light industrial strongly preferred).*
- Strong prospecting discipline, comfortable being on the phone and in front of clients daily.*
- Ability to create opportunities without relying solely on existing relationships.*
- Professional, consultative style with the ability to close.
