Account Executive – AI CX Platform
Remote (East Coast Hubs) | New York, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, Charlotte, or RaleighOTE: $200K–$320K | 50/50 Split
About the Opportunity
An AI-forward customer experience platform is hiring Enterprise Account Executives to help drive growth across greenfield territories. The company originally launched as a communications platform and has evolved into an AI-driven solution designed to help enterprise customers stay ahead of the curve.
This is a true hunter role focused on landing net-new enterprise business. Ideal candidates are strategic sellers who thrive in complex sales environments, know how to prospect, and can confidently navigate technical conversations with enterprise stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive net-new enterprise business across assigned territories
- Prospect and self-source the majority of pipeline opportunities
- Sell into organizations with 2,000+ employees
- Manage complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Retain and grow accounts for the first year before handoff to Account Management
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
What They’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of enterprise AE experience
- Proven success closing $100K–$250K+ ACV deals
- Strong hunter mentality with self-generated pipeline experience
- Experience selling complex SaaS, AI, CX, or technical solutions
- Comfortable selling to technical buyers including CTOs, Engineering, and Security teams
- Executive presence and strong communication skills
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodology is preferred
Huge Plus If You Have
- Experience selling AI agents or CX platforms
- Background from companies like Cresta, Decagon, Gorgias, NICE, Intercom, Zendesk, Snowflake, Datadog, ServiceNow, Okta, CrowdStrike, or similar enterprise SaaS organizations
Compensation & Perks
- $200K–$320K OTE depending on market/location
