Account Management - Automotive Glass DivisionOur account managers are a liaison between our company and our clients, responsible for ensuring the company meets the client's needs. Account managers also manage projects, team building, training impacts and communications.The Following Qualities are a must:· Strong LEADERSHIP skills· Ability to accomplish set GOALS· Excels in a TEAM setting· SELF-DISCIPLINED· Highly MOTIVATED in advancing careerManagers are responsible for all functions and operations of the office. We are willing to invest time to TRAIN the right individuals from the ground up to correctly oversee each division.MANAGERS RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Oversee campaign production, development, and analysis2. Manage all departments & employees3. Maintain and develop client relations4. Hire and oversee training of new employees5. Ensure sales production goals are consistently met6. Weekly/daily progress reports to Regional DirectorsThis is an Entry Level position that offers advancement and the ability to grow within the company. We are NOT looking for people with years of management experience. We prefer to train our managers to learn how our firm operates.
