| Job Description | Develop and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and contract compliance. Coordinate with recruiting and resource management teams to source, onboard, and retain qualified IT professionals in support of project and operational requirements. Oversee resource allocation, staffing plans, and workforce adjustments to meet evolving business and technology needs. Monitor consultant performance, engagement, and utilization, addressing issues proactively and coordinating with HR and management teams as needed. Conduct regular status meetings, stakeholder reviews, and service delivery assessments to ensure project objectives and service expectations are achieved. Track and report key performance metrics, staffing levels, service quality indicators, and contract deliverables to client and company leadership. Support workforce planning, succession planning, recruitment strategies, and retention initiatives to maintain a highly qualified talent pipeline. Serve as the primary escalation point for staffing, operational, and service delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders. | ||||||||
| Skill set info | Experience with IT staffing related projects Proven success managing client relationships and delivering staffing solutions in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with clients and employees. Knowledge of labor compliance, safety standards, and workforce scheduling practices within Area. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ATS/CRM platforms is a plus. Ability to travel locally for client visits and workforce management. Experience with the State of Vermont IT projects or projects of comparable scale is desireable but not mandatory. | ||||||||
| Education | Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in IT staffing or account management will be considered in lieu of a degree. | ||||||||
| Certifications (if required) | PMP, SHRM-CP, or a similar staffing/account management certification is a plus but not mandatory. | ||||||||
