Job Description
Account Manager Advance Services is seeking seeking a hands-on, people-focused Account Manager to oversee client relationships and field operations for our cleaning accounts. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and managing on-site staff performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working directly with both clients and employees.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred and considered a major asset for this role. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on-site visits to customer locations to ensure service quality and satisfaction
- Perform routine inspections and document both positive and negative feedback
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Interview, hire, train, and onboard cleaning staff
- Manage employee performance, including coaching, corrective action, and terminations when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and client expectations
- Maintain accurate inspection reports, employee documentation, and account notes
- Collaborate with operations and management to improve service delivery and retention
- Base Salary: $75,000 per year
- Bonuses: Performance-based (typical total compensation $80,000$85,000 annually)
