The right person will expand wallet share, uncover problems clients didn’t realize they had, and keep Triad positioned as the clear solution.Compensation (Performance Gets Paid)

• Base salary + commission
• On-track earnings (OTE): $100,000+

• Confident and relationship-driven (without being passive)
• Comfortable leading conversations with decision-makers
• Able to manage multiple opportunities at once

• Proven ability in outside sales, account management, or relationship-based business development
• Comfortable with in-person selling, jobsite/roof visits, and speaking with decision-makers
• Strong follow-up and pipeline management habits
• Roofing or construction experience is a plus (commercial preferred), but not required for the right producer
