In this role, you will act as the main point of contact, addressing client needs, processing renewals, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and industry trends, as well as excellent communication and time management skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all service needs of your assigned book of business.
  • Assess and evaluate renewal requests for compliance with underwriting guidelines, providing assistance when needed.
  • Work with Account Associates to ensure tasks related to assigned accounts, including binding coverage, invoicing, and collecting premiums are handled properly.
  • Focus on client retention, working collaboratively with the Sales Consultant to ensure a high retention rate.
  • Manage customer requests and correspondence related to assigned clients, covering desks for the team as needed.
  • Stay informed about rates, forms, and coverage changes, and acquire knowledge of the company's submissions and proposals process for policies.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Property & Casualty insurance license required
  • 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management Experience 
  • Proficiency in Applied Systems, electronic signature platforms, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and related tools
