Some of your key responsibilities will be

Supervising day-to-day operations of a team of security officers.
Building and maintaining effective relationships with both clients and employees.
Managing job performance of staff.
Ensuring job sites are provided with high-quality security services.

You will be given the proper training and a roadmap for success. In return; hard work, focus and passion are expected!

Some of the key qualifications will include:

You have experience as an Account Manager and scheduling guard hours.
You have a firm understanding of Valient Scheduling Software or an equivalent system.
You have experience managing a team of security officers including hiring/selection, training and development.
A valid NYS Security License / FDNY Certifications are not required, however, are encouraged.

You have on-call availability 24/7.
