Account Manager — Urgently Hiring in the Norway, ME area! You’ll collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop strategies that support long-term success. Your ability to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions will contribute directly to business growth and customer satisfaction.What You'll DoAs an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients through effective account management practices.*
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand service offerings.*
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of products or services.*
• Supporting planning and coordination efforts to meet customer expectations and timelines.*
• Conducting regular business reviews and sharing insights with clients and internal stakeholders.*
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.*
• Serving as a primary point of contact for account-related communication and documentation.*
• Identifying potential risks and proactively developing solutions.*
• Providing support for order management or service coordination as needed.

What You'll BringThe ideal candidate will have:

• MUST be a US Citizen to be considered*
• MUST HAVE experience working in the aerospace industry to be considered.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).*
• 3–6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role.*
• Experience with forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.*
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.*
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.*
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.*
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
