Our Family Office team supports high-net-worth clients with complex, multi-entity structures. We are seeking a technically capable Account Manager III who is a strong systems user, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple client environments. This role focuses on leveraging accounting systems, improving workflows, and supporting multi-entity operations - rather than high-volume transactional processing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support accounting operations across multiple complex client environments, ensuring accuracy, organization, and efficiency

  • Utilize Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics to manage multi-entity accounting and financial reporting

  • Assist with month-end and period-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial review across multiple entities

  • Leverage existing system functionality and automation features to help streamline workflows and reduce manual effort

  • Help maintain and improve workflows, SOPs, and documentation to support consistency and quality across clients

  • Use Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to organize data, support reporting, and improve operational visibility

  • Support multi-entity financial tracking and consolidations across entities and locations

  • Partner with internal teams and clients to deliver responsive, high-quality accounting support in a service-oriented environment

  • Review work and support development of junior staff, helping elevate accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in outsourced accounting.

  • Experience supporting multiple complex clients and multi-entity / multi-location structures.

  • Experience supporting month-end close across multiple sets of books.

  • Experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

  • Comfortable working within established systems and leveraging existing tools to improve efficiency.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across client environments.

  • Strong communication skills and client-service mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Family Office, Business Management, or similar high-touch client service environment

  • Exposure to workflow improvements, system enhancements, or process efficiency initiatives

  • Experience supporting consolidations across multiple entities

  • Demonstrated ability to improve accuracy and efficiency through process and workflow improvements

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Washington residents and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $78,400 - $99,500. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $81,900 - $111,500. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
