• * Manage a portfolio of resort and high-end commercial properties, ensuring each site looks its absolute best every day.
• * Build strong relationships with clients through clear, consistent communication and a genuine passion for their properties.
• * Oversee crews, coordinate daily operations, and inspect properties to maintain our high quality standards.
• * Design and manage flower color programs — seasonal rotations, plant health, and overall presentation.
• * Diagnose and solve irrigation and turf issues quickly and efficiently.
• * Develop enhancement ideas and proposals to continually improve property value and aesthetics.

What You Bring

• * 5+ years of experience managing commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
• * Strong knowledge of flowers, turf, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices.
• * Exceptional attention to detail — both in your work and your communication.
• * Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple sites and teams at once.
• * A passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes!
• * Landscape certifications (ACLP, SLM, etc.) are a plus but not required.
